関東近辺ではバー付きは絶滅でしょうかね・・？

そうではありません。
千葉の山万ユーカリが丘線の全ての改札機がバー付き（昨年春の情報）ですし、箱根のロープウェイ（２０１０年以前の情報）でもバー付きでした。

近鉄鶴橋駅 JR連絡改札

２月初旬〜中旬にかけて近鉄・JR鶴橋駅連絡改札が両社ともに更新されました。
JR→近鉄（JR管轄）はJR西日本テクシアのAG50で近畿圏の統一更新機種と同様な模様です。
(画像は省略させていただきます。)

近鉄→JR（近鉄管轄）はオムロンのPG-Rになりました。
こちらも近鉄のオムロン導入路線と同一な模様。
連絡改札に自動改札機導入は97年だったと思いますので18年で更新です。
旧機種筐体の設置跡がわかるように、旧機種は大きい機種でした。
